Three building justice center complex totaling 102,000 SF. Complex consisted of a 51,000 SF (42 bed) Detention Building, 33,000 SF Courts Building and 17,500 SF Law Building. Interior Work included block fill & paint CMU walls, drywall ceilings, soffits & walls, HM doors, frames & windows, guardrails, metal stairs, exposed ceilings, Quartz epoxy flooring @ kitchen & Multi-Color Key Resin epoxy flooring throughout all buildings. Exterior work included parking canopies, bollards, trash gates, roof ladders and metal trellis.
