Four story hotel with 101 rooms. Interior work included GWB ceilings & walls, HM doors & frames and acrylic texture at all window walls within each room. Exterior included painting stucco, high performance coatings on all window eyebrow canopies and entrance canopy, painted roof cap and water repellent on all stone veneer.
