With over 30 years of construction experience, Jeff Riederer heads up our estimating and project management along with being involved in our day-to-day business operations. Jeff brings a wide range of experience in the construction industry. From field experience, to general construction estimating and project management as well as commercial painting. Through this broad range of construction experience, he has a wide understanding of the needs of our clients. Jeff’s passion is creating detailed budgets and estimates which set the foundation for successful projects and solidifies our long-term relationships with our clients.
With over 35 years of experience Cesar Limon is our Field Superintendent. His duties include managing the day-to-day operations in the field. He is our boots on the ground and works hand in hand with our Foremen, Project Managers and Office Manager to provide an unmatched service to our clients. Cesar is OSHA 30 certified and puts safety at the forefront of our operations. He has mastered the art of pushing projects at a productive speed while also maintaining safety and quality.
With over 30 years of painting experience Jesus Parra is our Lead Foreman and has been with Dallas Professional Painting almost since its conception. Jesus has grown with the company and has become one of our most valuable field operators. He works hand in hand with our Superintendent to provide an extra level of service to our clients. Whenever our Superintendent Cesar cannot be two places at once Jesus is there representing DPP. Jesus is also a very gifted foreman and is utilized to run our most challenging projects. Jesus is known by our clients as someone they can rely on to get the job done.
Rachelle Ciulla, PHR, Office Manager
With over 30 years of office and financial management experience Rachelle Ciulla handles our bookkeeping and office managerial duties. From accounts payable & receivables to insurance, record keeping, payroll and everything in between, Rachelle keeps our operations running smooth and on schedule. Rachelle has done accounting and office management in many different industries, but construction has always been her passion. Rachelle completed her degree at Western Governors University. She is a valued member of our team and a joy to work with.
