Complete interior & exterior remodel of existing casino while in full operation. Interior work was phased as each phase involved shutting down that area during construction. Each phase was completed ahead of schedule to reduce the impact to the casino. All work was performed at night to minimize noise to the occupants. Interior work included replacement of all acoustical ceiling tiles & adjustments to existing grid, painting drywall and installing wall coverings. Exterior work included painting all exterior walls, trellis, doors & frames and site items.
