Chaparral Commerce Center Buildings I, II & III

Phase I consisted of twin buildings totaling 271,000 SF of Class A office space. This project was a phased turnover which meant we worked several months of overtime to accommodate our clients accelerated schedule. Due to the fast pace schedule two drywall firms were needed, one for each building. We worked hand in hand with both drywall companies to achieve a high quality finished product as well as maintain the schedule. Interior work included GWB ceilings, soffits, walls & columns, Wallcoverings, Graphics, Wayfinding Markers & Chalkboard Paint, Stairs and Sealed Concrete. Exterior work included concrete tilt walls & parapet, screen walls, canopies, railings, exposed structural steel and CMU sealer at masonry. Phase II was a matching 3rd buidling.
