New build 4 building charter school with a gymnasium. Interior work included painting wood exposed ceilings in gym and every classroom, accent walls in every classroom, drywall ceilings, soffits & walls, HM doors, frames, windows and block fill and paint CMU walls. Exterior work included high performance coating @ metal stairs, trellis walkways and steel channels as well as miscellaneous site work.
