25 story high rise re-paint. Exterior work included painting of the stucco horizontals for each level and the ground level stucco columns and walls. Swing staging was used for the painting of the horizontals. Interior work included the remodel of the lobby and adjacent conference room. Scope included drywall ceilings, soffits, walls & columns, doors & frames and wall coverings. All interior work was performed at night to minimize impact to the building tenants.
