Spring Training Facility for the Diamondbacks & Rockies. Consisted of 22 buildings including club houses for both teams & baseball stadium with concessions, restrooms, VIP & press booths. We painted the complete interiors of all buildings in the complex. Work included exposed ceilings, drywall ceilings, soffits & walls, HM doors & frames, CMU with block filler & epoxy at all wet rooms. This project was a design build and had a very fast schedule. Dallas Professional Painting worked 7 days per week for 10 months as well as many night shifts which had us on site 24 hours per day at times. We finished this project on time and the facility was open for Spring Training in February of 2011.
