Two Building 3 story justice center. Buildings consisted of a basement transport area, 7 courtrooms, jury assembly rooms, judges chambers, conference, office & support areas, lobby, restrooms & corridors. Interior included GWB ceilings & walls, HM doors & frames, exposed ceilings, painted fire pipes, blackened steel stairs, wood trim, guardrails & handrails. Exterior work included sealing weathered metal wall panels, rain screen system, bridges, trash gates, bollards & painting trellis with high performance coatings.
